Overview

This position requires strong interpersonal and first-rate customer service skills. The primary focus of this position is to connect with members and involve them in making their own healthcare decisions. This agent must exhibit strengths in verbal communication skills, problem solving, and display a true understanding of the Consumer Engagement mission. You will be engaging members, so must leverage outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as your first-rate customer service abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clearly explain the program to the member to assist the member with making the best informed choice decision regarding their healthcare
  • Understand the position is a Customer Service position that includes service based solutions
  • Speak to members regarding facility location (both inbound and outbound)
  • Review cases to offer multiple imaging locations
  • Make outbound calls to facilities to schedule imaging appointments
  • Trac details on all cases worked
  • Provide exceptional customer service on each call
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Proactive customer service approach
  • Self-directed, highly motivated
  • Ability to relate well to all types of people
  • Ability to listen actively and responsively
  • Adheres to all MSI protocols, policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Minimum Typing 25 WPM
  • Windows 7 Proficient

Work and Time Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday
  • Must be able to attend a 7 week training program from 8:30-5:00
