We are searching for an Assistant Store Director at our Ft. Worth Museum of Science & History gift store.  You will assist the Store Director in leading our team, ensuring that our guests have the best experience possible.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assistant Store Director (Full-time Hourly):  Qualified candidates will be sales driven individuals with a strong focus on guest services, visual merchandising, scheduling, and managing a staff.   This position will be instrumental in maximizing the retail potential of the store location by recruiting, supervising and training staff; by ensuring merchandise is set according to the presentation plan; by analyzing merchandising trends; by ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided; along with day-to-day store operations.

We require the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
