We’re seeking a modern day “Yoda” to be our visionary Product Management Lead for a trail blazing cloud application that manages the experience of how companies manage and interact with their network of charging stations, and how drivers charge their cars. Your “touch” and “vision” will influence a product that is transforming an industry and will touch millions of drivers worldwide. 

 

EV Connect is looking for a seasoned product leader for our Platform development team.  A passion for clean technology / transportation and an aspiration to take on a significant leadership role guiding the product vision and roadmap for the company are critical for success.

 

The key responsibilities of the role include:

·         Managing the product strategy and delivery, release management, and inspiring passion in others to drive both quality and innovation.

·         Ongoing customer requirements gathering and validation-role – will be responsible for clearly articulating functional requirements for product roadmap.

·         Drive SDLC Process.

·         Managing and prioritizing feature backlog.

·         Lead sprint planning process.

·         Partnering with engineering to drive product development on scope and schedule.

·         Leading the organization in early product deployment and evangelizing efforts.

·         Providing input to product marketing on key product features and benefits.

·         Sales Enablement.

·         Participating in the development of major RFP responses.

·         Supporting the customer experience and field service teams as a key technical advisor.

·         Advocating for our products and solutions and articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

·         Business Development: Work with Revenue Owners to create business partner strategies, revenue estimates, business justifications, pricing strategies and ROI for requested projects.

Position Requirements

·         A BIG thinker with strong track record of creating world class customer experience with technology products.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software, Engineering or equivalent work experience

·         8+ years of experience in product management or technical consulting role in a SaaS, IoT, or software industry

·         5+ years of experience with scrum/agile methodologies; SaFe experience a plus

·         Conversant in full stack of IoT technologies including platform and embedded software, hardware and cellular/network communications

·         EV, utility or energy sector experience desirable, but not necessary

·         Experience working with offshore teams desirable (50% of dev team in Ukraine).
