EV Connect is leading the next paradigm shift in Electric Vehicle charging and is looking for a top notch Channel Operations Manager, Vendor and Partner Alliances to identify, structure and manage our strategic partnership relationships with leading hardware/station manufacturers, resellers, VARs, and service providers in North America.

This role is a combination of channel partner management, business development, working with product teams and optimizing operations. Your responsibilities will include driving key initiatives and delivering results by establishing and growing business and technical relationships, managing the day-to-day interactions with these partners, and optimizing the reselling of EV Connect applications and services ultimately driving revenue.


This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast growing business – 100%+ topline revenue year over year. Our company is funded and poised for massive growth and we need the right person to own a critical component of operations. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Define, paper and manage mutual reseller agreements with up to 10 different hardware manufacturers and/or VARs.

·        Craft and formalize SLAs with each partner.

·        Source and create partnerships with multiple regional service providers (contractors, electricians, etc.)

·        Formalize a hardware/software certification program.

·        Operationalize, assist support, product and deployment teams, and set governance policies with partners.

·        Ongoing internal and external communications management of partner network.

·        Work with marketing to publicize and promote partner network.


Preferred Qualifications:

·        5+ years of vendor partner management, business development and/or program management experience.

·        Past experience defining and executing channel reseller and go to market programs.

·        Experience in a software company working with hardware partners.

·        Ability to create template repeatable programs with minimal direction.

·        Experience in Electric Vehicle Industry a plus, but not a requirement.

·        Proven ability to learn new technologies fast.

·        Ability to effectively influence both technical and non-technical audiences up to the senior executive level.
