- Outpatient primary care position serving a diverse patient population
- health center has more than 25 providers in multiple locations in Central Connecticut and serves more than 17,000 patients
- We provide care in pediatrics, family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN, podiatry, nutrition, dental, optometry and behavioral health
- Incoming physician should have interest in serving low income multi-cultural populations
- Weekend call is just 6 times per year
- Teaching and research opportunties through academic affiliated partners
- Great central location just 2 hours to NYC or Boston
