100% Adult, Child and Adolescent or Geriatrics Outpatient Psychiatrist needed in the Midwest. Directorship positions available as well. Please give me a call or send me an email to learn more.
Position:
• Base salary position with 2-4% Annual Raise yearly, production bonuses given and Leadership Stipends available
• Midlevel practitioners take call with hospitalist, responsibility of 1 day a week backup call, NO WEEKEND Call
• Average 12-18 patients a day, will have supervision over Midlevel practitioners
• Ability to do a mix, or 100% C&A, Adult, or Geriatrics all within an outpatient setting
• Full Benefits, 2 weeks paid CME, 6% match 403(b), 6 weeks PTO/Sick, and holidays off
• Medication-Management and H&P’s done, have autonomy though collaborate with the team
• Additional Call is paid on top of salary at $350 a day, it is still phone back up call to midlevel practitioners
• Multiple programs servicing a 350,000 service population in settings of IHH, in-school therapy, addiction, psychotherapy and more – Lots of Options
• Licensed Social Workers on site, ER Psych team in place, Substance Abuse Agency on site to assist, and Assessment Center available to send patients under the influence for 23 hours
