One of Denver’s top 5 hospitals is needing ongoing psychiatry locums while they are recruiting 2 new physicians.
- The need will be starting June 6th 2017 and is ongoing
- Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm; Monday through Friday (getting call details)
- Locums will see 14-16 patients per day
- Locums are not responsible for H&P’s
- Facility: 20 Geriatric, 40 Adult, and 20 Adolescent Beds (all locked)
- Patient load can be custom to a provider’s comfort level
- Average Length of Stay: Geriatric 10-14 days, Adult 7-10 days, Adolescent 4-7 days
- The behavioral health treatment team consists of eight physicians and other specialists including: Behavioral therapists, Discharge planners, Licensed social workers, Mental health counselors, Music therapists, Occupational therapists, nurses, Psychologists and Recreational therapists
