Locum Tenens Provider needed in Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

This is for a chain of small, stand-alone emergency medical centers. There are four locations in Fort Worth and three locations in the Dallas area.

Each location has a total of 4 beds. The locums provider will be required to go to each location in that territory for each day they work. Will just be rounding on patients starting at 6am and then on call until 6pm. Average patients seen in a day is 5 total.

Will be paid for a guaranteed 8 hours per day even if it does not take you that long to finish rounding on patients. You can go home once you are finished rounding. Most of the day will be spent driving to the different locations.

Will accept Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained. Do not have to have previous in-patient experience but that would be preferred.

All adult patients. These are VERY LOW-ACUITY patients.

Charting: Paper charting, minimal discharge charting in system.

Credentialing Timeframe: One month.

Pay Rate: Flat hourly rate that is all-inclusive. There is no mileage or per diem for travel. No lodging. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
