Minimum requirements for both positions include possession of a MD (Doctor of Medicine) and/or a DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine); Possess or be eligible to possess a current license to practice or to be eligible to practice within Illinois; Possession of or eligibility of an appropriate state prescribing license and federal Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs License; Board Certification or Board Eligible in a Primary Care Specialty; Knowledge of electronic health record, preferably Medicat; and experience working with Mid-Level Providers. Two or more years' experience as a college health physician in a student health service; Demonstrated knowledge of current college health and medical issues as evident by professional affiliations, professional developement; Experience with primary care psychiatry, adolescent medicine, sports medicine; and experience with an Accredited Association (AAAHC, etc.). Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience with promoting inclusive excellence is required.
