• Match up delivery paperwork with job orders
• Check for signatures, missing or damaged product, PO numbers
• If there are no problems with the paperwork - bill the customers for the loads, verifying that the shipper, receiver, customer and rates are correct
• Pay the carriers, walk in carriers must be paid within an hour of arriving or sooner, mail scanned in paperwork get paid that day
• If there is a problem with the paperwork, research the problem, check with dispatch if it is damaged or missing product to see if there will be a claim.  If they have missing paperwork contact the carrier to get the correct documents
• Scan and index documents
• Manage claim files
• Manage fuel and advances for carriers
• Invoice customers, email or mail invoices with proof of deliveries
• Transmit ACH payments and send statements to the carriers
• Backup safety department with new carrier set up
• Backup accounts payable manager
• Typing or projects as needed
• Book travel plans: flights, rental cars and hotel rooms
• Research projects as needed
• Finalize loads with the correct times
• Update loads on their website
• End of month balancing of accounts

• Job Plus AS400/Truckmate or similar platform
• Bilingual
• 3-5 yrs experience
• Detail oriented
• Multi-tasker
