We are currently seeking an experienced BC physician to work as the Clinical Medical Director in a multi-specialty practice close to Little Rock, AR. Director will be managing the other physicians and mid-level providers within the clinic to ensure that it runs smoothly in providing the highest quality healthcare in an efficient, affordable, caring manner. The principle administrative duties include 1) setting medical care and quality for patients and monitoring care using available data and chart reviews, 2) Assuring personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies 3) Implements policy and protocol 4) Ensures that patients are evaluated and treated in accordance with clinics established medical model and standard of care, 5)Providing clinical leadership to enhance medical management strategies and interventions designed to produce optimal quality outcomes with efficient use of clinical resources. In addition to these administrative duties, the director will also have clinical responsibilities (see patients everyday.) • The chosen candidate will be BE/BC physician either FP/IM/Occ. Med. • Have an unrestricted medical license in the state of AR • Experienced physicians welcome! • Have prior experience with EMR and HR policies will be a plus.
