About the AREA:
Located in Northwest Indiana just 40 miles from Chicago, IL.
About the GROUP:
FQHC / Community Clinic with 9 practice locations
About the POSITION:
General Dentist needed
40 hour work week
3 days are 8-5, 1 day is 10:30 -7, and Fridays are 8-3
No Saturdays
Must be good at extractions
Will see all ages of patients
4 Operatories + Hygiene chair
Will work with 2 expanded function assistants
Will see average of 18 - 20 patients per day
They do have a digital X-Ray on site
