Job Description

  • Perform a wide range of automotive repairs from heavy line work to oil changes and state inspections.
  • Keep up to date on all TSB's and other service recommendations from qualified online sources
  • Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of repairs
  • Communicate Cause and Correction for Customer Complaints on their vehicles with the front office
  • Keep your assigned area and the shop in general in clean, working order
  • Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle

Qualifications

  • Understanding of what it takes to do the right thing 
  • Team Oriented
  • Willingness to work in cooperation with other Technicians and Service Advisers
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills.  Prefer experience with all makes and models, Hunter alignment, BG flush machines, and basic diagnostic tools
  • Current ASE Certifications preferred
  • Minimum of five years experience repairing and maintaining a variety of makes and models
