Capital Nurse Programme

Our award-winning Trust provides care to 1 million local residents at two main hospital sites—Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital. We’ve developed a unique 18-month rotation programme in partnership with Health Education England. This is an exciting opportunity to gain specific learning with clinical and educational supervision. Under the guidance of a lead nurse you will build on your experience and develop a career plan in your area of interest.

• A level 6/7 mentorship and assessors university qualification
• A leadership/management module including a work-based project
• A permanent post in an area of your interest upon completion
