Position Details Job order - J0317-1351 - Permanent Full Time Title Line of Accounting SME (Momentum Accounting) Category ERP/CRM/Tools City Washington, District of Columbia, United States Job Description Line of Accounting SME (Momentum Accounting) Position Description The Subject Matter Expert will join team to assist with a variety of related initiatives and tasks related to federal budgeting. Your future duties and responsibilities • Identifying and defining requirements of specific technical, training, and support areas for different federal budgeting projects. • Managing across the project lifecycle including assisting with scope definition, business case development, requirements gathering, functional and technical design, testing, training, and implementation phases • Reviewing and evaluating Federal budgeting business processes from formulation through execution Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Bachelor's Degree • 6+ years in working with federal solutions around federal budgeting/Lind of Accounting • Experience with Momentum Financials/Accounting/Budget • Extensive knowledge of the federal budgeting regulations, processes, directives, instructions, and program guidance documents. • Prior experience in implementing federal budgeting system for an agency • Problem solver along with ability to multi task • Prior consulting experience in any of the following areas: • Business process improvement, • Budgeting policies and procedures, • Budgeting system integrations • Work independently and across many initiatives at once • Proven client management skills • Experience in requirements gathering and BPR analysis • Knowledge and experience in Momentum Performance Budgeting desired At CGI, we’re a team of builders.
