Customer Service Representatives, Personnel Recruiters, and Machinists

Education/Experience Requirements of Customer Service Representatives:

Three (3) years full-time experience performing administrative support or program support in counseling, education, health care, public administration, social services, vocational rehabilitation, or related experience.

Bachelor of Science degree preferred; substitution includes accredited college training in any of the following areas may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis: Business Administration, Child Development, Counseling, Education, Health Care, Psychology, Public Administration, Social Work, Sociology, or a related area.

Preference is given to those applicants who have functional and operational knowledge of the State of Indiana's ICES system (Indiana Client Eligibility System).

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products; experienced navigating and utilizing a computer - this is a MUST!!!

Education/Experience Requirements of Personnel Recruiters:

Excellent Communication & People Skills (oral & written).

Able to work as a team & individually in a fast paced environment.

Must be well organized, time manageable, 

& capable of handling high-stress levels.

Ability to multi-task efficiently,

1+ year of Microsoft Office Products experience/knowledge.

Must be available 1st shift hours - between 8:00 AM & 5:00 PM.

Education/Experience Requirements of Machinists:

General Machining Skills with a strong working knowledge of machining principles

MUST have CNC machining skills and experience running machining centers, lathes, mills, drills, boring machines and/or grinders.

Experience with general precision and hand gauging

Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining problems

At least 2 years of CNC Manufacturing experience
