General Summary |
Performs duties for the human resources office with complete confidentiality. Serves as a liaison between the human resources department and staff, faculty, students and the public. Answers human resource related questions. Maintains personnel records, performs and audits personnel changes and generates personnel reports. Assists the human resources department in a variety of areas which include the hiring process, benefits, training & development and Title IX/compliance. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. |
Electrical Mechanical Coordinator/Trainer
Full-time, Area Wide
Requires an Associate’s degree with three years of related occupational
experience in a manufacturing or processing facility. Additional,
preference will be given to individuals who are familiar with industrial
controls, electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing and
instrumentation processing systems.
Requires a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical
systems found in automated manufacturing or food processing facilities.
Experience developing and/or delivering training programs would be beneficial,
but not necessary.
Individual should have strong computer skills both with hardware and software
along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented
and willing to travel. CCC will provide training on how to be an instructor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and teaching short term
industrial training programs in small groups (ex: Basic Electrical, Motor Controls, Mechanical
Systems, PLC’s and Mechatronics) to Business and Industry The position will have area-wide
responsibilities.
