Full-Time Customer Service Advisor (Leeds)

My client, based in Leeds City Centre is offering a full time temporary to permanent opportunity with an attractive hourly rate of £9, equivalent to £17,000 per annum, in a busy call centre.

Candidates MUST be available for Saturday working and shifts between 8 and 9.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
" Previous customer service experience in face to face retail or call centre
" A great attitude and desire to exceed our customers' expectations with the ability to empathise in a professional and approachable manner
" Ability to handle high volume calls in an excellent manner
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Flexibility towards working hours to support business demands

If successful, the following will be required before a start date can be confirmed:
" Clear DBS criminal background check
" Clear credit check (no payment plans will be accepted)
" Three years' worth of satisfactory references
" Compulsory ID checks with relevant original documentation provided

My client runs a fantastic 12 week training program, inclusive of business induction.
