Brighter Stronger Foundation is seeking a part-time therapeutic behavioral aide. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strong therapeutic skills, to work in a behavioral health setting. Must possess strong behavioral skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Brighter, Stronger Foundation, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Program is currently hiring for Therapeutic Behavioral Aides to work in the following areas:
- Baltimore City
- Baltimore County
- Howard County
- Harford County
- Montgomery County
The Therapeutic Behavioral Aide will complete the following duties:
Provides intensive in-home therapeutic behavioral services to children/adolescents diagnosed with mental health and autism disorders
Implement goals to stabilize the child/adolescent's behaviors to prevent out- of home placement or to assist in the transition back home from an out-of-home placement
Staff must have some flexibility. Must be willing to schedule and hold appointments based upon the needs of the families served.
Must have a minimum High School Diploma with three years of related experience required; AA or BA with one year of related experience; Master's in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services
This a part-time position****
Pay: 12.00-16.00 per hour- Depending on Education and Experience
