Program Director - Residential Addiction Treatment Programs and Addiction Outreach Services

This position will direct all Residential Addiction Treatment Programs and Addiction Outreach Services in the Adult and Family Services Division. The PD will provide clinical supervision and program support for the agencies residential recovery programs, permanent and transitional supportive housing programs, as well as addiction outreach programs (recovery coaching and recovery support navigation). The PD will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring program licensing and regulatory compliance, coordination of treatment reviews and charting accuracy.

Requirements: PhD, MSW or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or equivalent graduate clinical degree Independent license in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Additional license in addictions counseling (LADC) preferred.
