This position will direct all Addiction Services in the Adult and Family Division. The PD will supervise all levels of clinical staff and oversee outpatient and residential programs as well as assist in administrative oversight, countywide. The PD will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring program licensing and regulatory compliance, coordination of treatment reviews and charting accuracy.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or equivalent graduate clinical degree.
• Independent license in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (LICSW/LMHC); Additional license in addictions counseling (LADC) preferred
• Minimum of 5-years supervisory and clinical experience in community mental health
• Demonstrated management skills, i.e., program development, staff supervision, and performance management with basic fiscal operations
• A pre-employment CORI and RMV background check is required
