immediate full time opening for Certified Nursing Assistants

You will be responsible for providing personal assistance for home health care patients in the home
and assuring that patients receive the highest level of care. Specific duties will include:

• Assisting the patient with personal needs, as outlined in the patient's care plan established by the physician, supervising nurse, or case manager.
• Observe and reporting to a supervisor any deviation from the patient's usual mental and physical status.
• Keeping records of visits and services rendered to the patient.
