Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Overview Supports the business group and/or department by performing clerical and administrative duties for office personnel.
Responsibilities and Duties Communicate with prospective clients, perform brief intakes, and maintain the schedule and appointments between clients and provider(s). Customer sales experience is required for telephone calls with customers, preparation and email of quotes, invoicing. Management of social media platforms and marketing.
