JOB TITLE: HVAC Residential Lead Installer

REPORTS TO: HVAC Ops Manager

COMPENSATION: Depends on Experience

EDUCATION: TDLR Technician License, EPA Certified

EXPERIENCE: 1+ Years required

We are searching for a Residential Lead Installer who will Install equipment in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to Install equipment up to code
  • Ability to follow controls/wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist others when needed
  • Must have availability to work overtime, night and weekend if required
  • Familiarity with handling and disposal of refrigerants, per EPA requirement
  • Must have all required tools to perform an Installation

Qualifications and Skills

  • EPA certificate
  • 1+ Years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Familiarity with iPhone and iPad
  • Valid TX Driver’s License
  • Able to regularly lift 45 pounds, walk, stand and climb ladders
  • Great customer service skills and neat appearance
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass background test and drug screen
