With the ability to create a seasonal menu/charcuterie, the ability to develop partnerships with local farmers and display your culinary chops, award-winning Chef Christopher Lee will give you creative control to plan your restaurant's menu.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years Executive Chef Experience in an innovative kitchen
- Demonstrated creativity from past restaurants
- Solid culinary chops- knife skills, meat fabrication, menu planning, recipe development, international cuisine
- High-Volume experience - $4M+
- Comfort working in an open kitchen
