Executive Chef - Scratch Kitchen

Barcelona Wine Bar is growing and we need cutting-edge Executive Chefs who want to help us transform the restaurant industry. With the ability to create a seasonal menu/charcuterie, the ability to develop partnerships with local farmers and display your culinary chops, award-winning Chef Christopher Lee will give you creative control to plan your restaurant's menu.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years Executive Chef Experience in an innovative kitchen
• Demonstrated creativity from past restaurants
• Solid culinary chops- knife skills, meat fabrication, menu planning, recipe development, international cuisine
• High-Volume experience - $4M+
• Comfort working in an open kitchen
