We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our experienced team and provide customer service support to our valued Commercial Lines clients.

The Position Requires: 

• Correctly processing change requests, audits, certificates of insurance and renewals 
• Addressing billing and coverage questions 
• Coordinating communication between the insurance company, risk advisors and/or clients 
• Ability to work independently and successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving, attention to detail, initiative, accountability, adaptability and integrity
• Proficiency in various computer software programs 
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with all business contacts including, but not limited to, clients, company personnel and co-workers
• Obtaining and maintaining Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance license
