**Orthopedic Surgery opening in Tulsa, OK**

* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Joining an established group with 8 Physicians and 7 PAs
* Supportive administrative staff and clinical assistants
* ***Foot & Ankle***
* Office has 4 exam rooms per provider
* Cast room: 4 rooms with 1 tech
* X-rays: 3 digital x-ray rooms & 1 scoliosis x-ray room
* Operating Room Availability: 2 days a week
* Schedule: 2 B= days of clinic & 2 days of surgery (1/2 off or admin work)
* Trauma call: 1 day per month at 1 location and 1 week per month at the other
* Weekday call: Providers cover their own call during the day
* Night & weekend call: 1:7 (1 week at a time)
* Expected/current volume: Volume depends on provider. Each provider earns 1,000-2,000 RVUs per month

* Salary guarantee for two years then RVU Compensation Tiered Model * Comp ranges among surgeons from $600,000 to $1,100,000+
