Keys to Success
Respect · Passion · Continuous Improvement · Trust · Customer Focus · InnovationThese values are embedded in everything we do, and we invest in maintaining a culture that allows people to thrive and grow. We embrace a servant-leadership approach and we'll expect you to do so as well. This means modeling a positive attitude, promoting a high-energy atmosphere, and recognizing success. In place of inflated egos, at AMN you will find confident leaders who are committed to caring about the customer, staff, and the community.
You will act as the "hub" for the engagement, interacting with the client, contingent staff, AMN departments and vendors. You'll find that these stakeholders share a set of common goals -- excellent patient care, for one -- but that they may have different ideas about achieving them. You'll use your leadership and influencing skills to create and maintain alignment.
We consider our MSP contracts to be high-touch, so relationship-building will be important. You'll need to establish open lines of communication and practice excellent follow-through habits. You'll need to be able to manage and articulate the big picture while also paying attention to details. The environment will be fast and dynamic, so you'll need to find the right balance between urgency and quality.
