What's in It for You

Unique, influential role
As you can see under The Role, this position has a good deal of responsibility at both the strategic and tactical levels. You'll have a direct impact on our relationship with EMMC moving forward, and your successes will be visible to AMN leadership.

Autonomy and support
In many ways you will "own" this engagement, acting as the liaison between AMN and EMMC and ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations. You'll need to be able to achieve goals independently. At the same time, we'll be proactive about setting you up for success initially, and provide ongoing support. You'll participate in regular meetings with the Director and other Clinical Managers on the East Coast, and you can reach out any time.

Career options
History shows that if you invest in your role at AMN, we'll invest in your career. In this role you'll be able to showcase your clinical expertise, leadership skills and ability to deliver results -- all characteristics we look for when advancement opportunities arise. In fact, given our strong growth, we hire with an eye to the future, looking for professionals with career runway.

Keys to Success

Respect · Passion · Continuous Improvement · Trust · Customer Focus · Innovation

These values are embedded in everything we do, and we invest in maintaining a culture that allows people to thrive and grow. We embrace a servant-leadership approach and we'll expect you to do so as well. This means modeling a positive attitude, promoting a high-energy atmosphere, and recognizing success. In place of inflated egos, at AMN you will find confident leaders who are committed to caring about the customer, staff, and the community.

You will act as the "hub" for the engagement, interacting with the client, contingent staff, AMN departments and vendors. You'll find that these stakeholders share a set of common goals -- excellent patient care, for one -- but that they may have different ideas about achieving them. You'll use your leadership and influencing skills to create and maintain alignment.

We consider our MSP contracts to be high-touch, so relationship-building will be important. You'll need to establish open lines of communication and practice excellent follow-through habits. You'll need to be able to manage and articulate the big picture while also paying attention to details. The environment will be fast and dynamic, so you'll need to find the right balance between urgency and quality.
