Job Description
Sterile Processing Manager tasks: Responsible for planning and management of the decontamination and sterilization process functions. Work closely with Infection Control and Risk Management departments. Develop performance standards and supervise employees in decontamination, assembly and sterilization of instruments.
Qualifications and Job Info
- 3 years of recent experience as sterile processing educator/manager required.
- Nationally certified in Sterile Processing required..
- Active Alaska state license
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
