MULTIMEDIA / TELESALES MANAGER

AIM Media Indiana is looking for a dynamic leader to direct the efforts of our inside sales team for our Columbus (The Republic), Seymour (The Tribune), Brown County (Democrat) and Greenfield (Daily Reporter) properties.

The qualified candidate will work with a talented group in providing multimedia marketing solutions to a variety of customers. This can include but is not limited to print advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing and management , and other business development opportunities. Our inside sales team reaches out to a variety of businesses, all of which need help with their marketing approaches. Our revamped call center needs a results-oriented leader who can drive sales, but also have a little fun doing it. If you have a "can do" attitude, an ability to motivate and manage a team, and a desire to win, this is the opportunity for you. This person will work out of our Columbus headquarters.

Primary duties include:

Meet sales goals in print and digital products

Manage the recruitment efforts of our regional group advertising

Recruit and train inbound/outbound sales teams

Create and manage special sales projects
