You are expected to keep the warehouse organized and clean. You may also take orders and offer assistance to customers, answering any questions they have in person or on the phone. Other responsibilities include reporting back orders, inventory discrepancies, and needed repairs on vehicles or within the warehouse. In some positions, you are in charge of inventory, verifying stock, and recording losses.

Qualifications needed to become a warehouse driver include a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some employers require participation in ongoing education and training. It is crucial that you have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and a forklift certification, as safety is crucial in this career. You are expected to have basic math skills, reasoning abilities, and the ability to write documents in a clear and organized fashion. You must be able to provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients and always perform your tasks with safety rules in mind. Physical requirements for a warehouse driver position include being able to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, experienced individual to join our company as a Warehouse Driver. As part of our warehouse and delivery teams, you will use hand trucks and occasionally forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles, and drive vehicles to delivery locations. You will accurately keep records of all inventory, both received and delivered, and observe safe workplace rules and guidelines when unloading and transporting cargo. This is a physically demanding position, meaning our ideal candidate is able to lift and move heavy containers, in addition to possessing a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), forklift operator's certification, and experience with warehouse inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities
