What you will be doing:
Provide world-class, empathetic support by answering customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Help customers efficiently and empathetically with a wide-range of inquiries
Work closely with your team and clients to help the organization improve
Communicate with internal teammates, clients, and account managers about services and trends in order to resolve customer inquiries and exceed service delivery standards.
Who you are:
>1 year of online customer service experience.
E-commerce experience a plus
Remote work experience is a plus
Familiarity using customer service software like Zendesk, Shopify and Returnly
You have a dedicated, quiet work space
You are willing and able to provide phone support
Strong writing skills, in command of voice, accuracy, and speed.
Strong speaking skills, in articulation, clarity, and compassion.
You are empathetic and committed to maintaining empathy in all customer interactions.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can multi-task effectively to get the job(s) done.
You show up; you have a demonstrated history of consistent attendance.
You are a professional; in all interactions, even during highly challenging customer conversations.
You are highly comfortable in many software environments; whether it's Zendesk, or an app you've never used before -- you're able to find your bearings quickly.
You get things done.
