As North America's first All-You-Can-Fly membership club, Surf Air has grown aggressively throughout California, Texas and Europe over the past five years and is now operating over 60 scheduled flights a day. Our sister brand, Surf Anywhere, is on a path to be equally as successful and allows Surf Air members and non members to take advantage of great charter rates utilizing our existing network and partners across the globe.

We're looking to grow the Surf Anywhere brand by building a team consisting of intermediate to experienced brokers, travel agents and executives who are passionate about working for a fast paced, venture backed startup that's disrupting the travel space.

We offer a competitive commission plan, equity, and flexible work environment in addition to Surf Air Team Member flight privileges.

Position Summary:

Our Charter Brokers are responsible for curating and managing charter deals for our members, and for finding new charter members across the globe. Our expectation is that you both sell and execute on deals, meaning this role is perfect for ambitious and experienced sales people who are keen on seeing the fruits of their labor.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Understand Surf Anywhere's product and service offerings, functionality, positioning and competitive advantage
  • Generate and close Surf Anywhere Membership (charter) sales to hit aggressive goals.
  • Promote and sell our Surf Anywhere Membership Card
  • Handle and manage inbound leads in a timely efficient and professional manner.
  • Establishing contact and build relationships with a wide network of leads and potential clients.
  • Build a loyal list of clients through dedicated account management and excellent service
  • Book, manage and facilitate charter flights using tools such as Avinode and through utilizing our existing approved partners and operators.
  • Take charge of flight following and logistics (i.e. catering, ground transportation, account management, and follow-through before, during & after flight)
  • Participate fully in meetings, training sessions and individual professional development

Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a high-pressure, changing environment
  • Proven record of successful performance, exceeding quotas and goals through outbound sales activities
  • Knowledge of the private jet charter industry and an existing book of business
  • Minimum of 2 years' related brokerage, in house or operator sales experience
