BNBMC is currently seeking to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the finances of BNBMC by spearheading strategic value programs, enhance revenue streams, identify and implement value based initiatives. The CFO will be an integral part of a dynamic team of high performing executives and must be comfortable working in a team based collaborative environment.
This position provides financial strategic leadership and day-to-day financial management including oversight of business office operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, general ledger, monthly close, yearly close, financial reporting, budget preparation and FTE management.
The ideal CFO will have extensive experience in healthcare industry financials. Successful track record in LTC financial leadership experience is preferred. Specific qualifications are as follows:
Demonstrated expertise developing and analyzing financial strategies, cost analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, revenue cycle, process improvement, and program management.
Multidisciplinary experience in strategic planning and business development.
Proven track record in the development, implementation, and management of cost accounting systems and decision support systems.
Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
