The Climate Corp Product Team needs the development of a customer recruiting process to enable quick, reliable access to customers in North & South America. Climate conducts both in-person and remote/video-based research. They lack a documented process for initiating a research study, the ability to source a variety of customers by characteristics, and schedule interviews in an optimal manner for the team

-Sourcing, screening and recruiting participants for UX research activities
-Partnering and collaborating with designers, product manager, and UX researchers to identify key participant requirements
-Curating participants to ensure a high-quality sample pool for research plans
-Managing calendars, timelines, scheduling details and logistics required by UX studies
-Tracking and analyzing participants activity and documenting in a database
-Networking with potential candidates to generate new leads
-Build a pipeline of potential participants source by multiple channels
-Develop a recruitment process based upon current external and internal recruiting solutions
-Execute upon the new process by recruiting customers for upcoming research studies
-By executing on the new process, iterate and make improvements
-Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that participants are not contacted by multiple groups
-Ensuring compensation is delivered and Research Participant Agreements are signed and collected
-Build and maintain an online library to store all research materials and artifacts for future reference

Skills required
-2+ of experience with research participant recruiting
-Experience with using on-line collaborative documents tools
-Commitment to excellent customer service
-Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
-Flexible and able to react quickly to last minute changes
-Be proactive and self-directed
-Understand how to balance business relationships of leads with UX studies
-Incredibly organized and detailed-oriented
-Ability to recruit leads using multiple methods (EG: phone calls, email, text message, networking)

Skills Desired
-Experience working with Salesforce, Qualtrics, Excel, Power Point
-Experience in agile environments
-Multiple languages. Ideally Spanish, Portuguese and English
