So what are we looking for? We need someone who can be the first line of defense for our Support team. In this role your responsibilities would include triaging incoming support cases (phone/email), processing case entries and escalations, following up with clients as needed, monitoring the support box and working on other tasks/projects as necessary. While this is not a strictly technical role, experience with enterprise level software, SQL and basic troubleshooting is helpful though not required.

- The ability to take on a task from inception to completion with minimal direct supervision

- A quick and enthusiastic learner
Core Competencies:
- Excellent internal and external communication skills via phone, email, and direct message
- Time management and the skill to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities
- Ability to use available tools to report potential bugs, propose product enhancements, etc.
