Client Intake Specialist

nCred has a full-time position available in its Chattanooga, TN working with our credentialing & intake team. This position is responsible for setup of practitioner credentialing files, maintenance of provider data, maintenance of expirable documents, maintenance of CAQH records, and other duties related to provider data management.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data entry of healthcare practitioner information in credentialing files
  • Scanning and filing documents related to each provider data file
  • Monitoring provider data files for expiring documents and credentials
  • Maintain CAQH profiles on provider clients
  • Inbound and outbound communication with clients regarding provider data files and CAQH
  • Maintain healthcare provider credentialing files in the nCred software platform
  • Provide assistance to clients with the nCred portal for uploading new client information

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated with proven work history record
  • Requires a high level of accuracy in all work
  • Requires someone capable of working independently to achieve production goals
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a healthcare administration role such as credentialing or medical billing preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required. nCred utilizes Google business applications, Adobe Acrobat,, MS Office, and various other applications
  • Excellent telephone communication skills to interact with insurance companies, clients, staff, and prospects
