Position: Customer Care Representative

Pay Rate: 18.50/HR W2

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53208

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8AM-8PM hours of operation, some evenings and weekends

Description: This position is responsible for taking the lead to manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, which includes involvement and interaction with all levels of internal stakeholders at Harley-Davidson.

The Customer Service Center (CSC) is open evenings and weekends.

This position within the Customer Service Call Center will handle incoming correspondence, leveraging systems and internal and external stakeholders to answer questions.

Responsibilities:

* Occasionally Answer and direct phone calls

* Enter customer information into CRM

* Answer low level customer concerns and questions

* Maintain contact lists

* Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, emails and forms

* Develop and maintain a filing system

* Submit and reconcile various reports

* Provide information by answering questions and requests

* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

* Handle multiple priorities simultaneously

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Maintain computer and manual filing systems

* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications:

* At least two years' experience in an administrative/clerical position

* Must be willing and able to work a flexible shift including evenings and possibly Saturdays.

* Background in customer service or a call center is a plus.

* Sharp written and verbal communication skills.

* Superb time management and organization skills are necessary
