We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join on our team for either weekend or overnight coverage! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We have specific needs for Saturday and Sunday coverage from 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
We are mindStart Solutions (www.gomindstart.com) and we're looking for people who love tech products! We provide support for some of the coolest tech product companies in the world - Boosted Boards, Rachio and a bunch of other fun companies.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
