Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
mPulse is looking for a Sr. Director of Health Crowd Implementations with a desire to work with “Best in Class” associates and clients in a fun, fast-paced, and challenging environment. This role will directly work with our Engineerings, Client Services, and Sales teams to implement solution campaigns for mPulse customers.
We need a smart, roll-up-your-sleeves, “let's work together to get the job done” problem solver looking to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple teams of engineers to implement mPulse campaigns for customers. Mentor management resources and create a positive team culture
· Define and report on velocity metrics of success in collaboration with technical leadership
· Establish processes from sales, and client services through to engineering resources
· Set up nearshore teams and evaluate progress. Optimize offshore resources and expand if necessary
· Create tools and optimization processes to automate parts of the campaign-building process in order to deliver campaigns faster, and less expensive
· Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific initiatives
· Recruit and train exceptional employees to fill posted positions within the department
· Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Technical Director managing software engineers
· Experience creating and implementing cross-department processes
· Experience managing software development projects
· Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods such as Project Planning, Agile and Waterfall processes
· Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
· Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
· Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
· Ability to work among cross-functioning teams
