LTC Partners is currently seeking 7-10 Customer Service Representative to respond to inbound telephone calls regarding enrollment requests, enrollment questions, and billing questions for the Federal benefits programs participating on the BENEFEDS Portal.
The Customer Service Representative may be required to make outbound calls to existing BENEFEDS customers to obtain, verify, and/or update customers' demographic, eligibility, enrollment, and billing/payroll information. The incumbent may also be asked to assist with email responses and/or postal inquiries.
Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available. The part time position will be 20-24 hours per week. The schedule will fall within the hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday.
Opportunity to work remote once fully trained and in good standing.
A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume call center. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. High degree of tact, empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with all types of customers. Strong customer focus and excellent telephone and writing communication skills.
1+ experience as a customer service representative. Prior experience with a web-based customer service administrative system. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Basic knowledge of benefits/ insurance products.
