As an Inbound Sales Agent in our Coeur d’Alene, ID Call Center, you will be responsible for sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about pricing, services, and technology for DISH Network. 100% inbound calls explaining the value of products and services with absolutely no cold-calling!
Pay: $14.50/hr + Commission
Training: 4 weeks of paid training.
Hours of Operation: 6:00AM-10:00PM-7 days a week

· Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position DISH’s products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers and closing all sales with integrity
· Use web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services
· Consistently exceed in all metrics
· Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
· Internet with ability to hard wire to provided equipment
· Self-Motivated to successfully exceed goals while consistently striving to be a top performer
· Learns quickly when facing new problems
· Adaptable and flexible to change. Willing to work the shift and hours
· Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Ability to HAVE FUN and grow in a career!
