Inbound Retention Agent - $14.50 - $37.00/ hour Full Time (+ $500 New Hire Bonus)

As a Retention Agent you will be using all your available tools and resources to persuade the customer to continue DISH Network services, without giving up after the first objection. Sometimes callers will be upset, and occasionally they may just be calling to lower their bill. Regardless of the reason a customer is calling in- we want to show empathy to the customer, identify their concerns, overcome any objections they may have, and SELL them on keeping their account/services with Dish.

Inbound Sales Agent - $14.00 - $32.00 / hour, Full Time

As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about pricing, services, and technology for DISH Network. 100% inbound calls explaining the value of products and services, overcoming objections, and building client’s trust with absolutely no cold-calling!

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Sales experience preferred
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thick skinned, thorough and tenacious
  • Adaptable and flexible to change. Willing to work the shift and hours
  • Self-Motivated to successfully exceed goals while consistently striving to be a top performer
  • Tech savvy with the ability to efficiently navigate around a desktop computer

  • Highly competitive base hourly rate, coupled with an Exceptional Commission Structure
  • $500 Milestone Bonus – $250 after 90 days and $250 after 120 days *conditions apply

RESPONSIBILITIES as Retention or Sales Agent:

  • Build quick rapport with new and existing customers using assertiveness and confidence to cultivate long-term client relationships through a foundation of trust and value.
  • Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position DISH’s products and services while providing individualized solutions to customers and closing all sales with integrity
  • Use web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services
  • Consistently exceed in all metrics Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
