Inbound Sales Agent - $12.50 - $22.00 / hour, Full-time

As an Inbound Sales Agent in our Coeur d’Alene, ID Call Center, you will be responsible for sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about pricing, services, and technology for DISH Network. 100% inbound calls explaining the value of products and services with absolutely no cold-calling!

Technical Support/ Customer Service Agent - $13.50 - $16.77 / hour, Full-time

As a Technical Support/ Customer Service Agent in our Coeur d’Alene Call Center, you will be the front line in providing a premier customer experience. Our representatives are responsible for answering all inbound technical and customer service inquiries regarding DISH customer accounts, with an overall goal to effectively diagnose customer needs and provide industry leading support/solutions, while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.

Requirements:

·         For our Sales position: 1 year of Sales experience preferred

·         For our Tech Support position: 1 year of Customer Service Exp or 6 months Tech Support Exp

·         Tech savvy with the ability to efficiently navigate around a desktop computer

·         Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough and tenacious

·         Adaptable and flexible to change. Willing to work the shift and hours

·         Self-Motivated to successfully exceed goals while consistently striving to be a top performer

RESPONSIBILITIES as Sales Agent:

·         Build quick rapport with existing customers using assertiveness and confidence to educate them on the value of being a DISH customer

·         Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position DISH’s products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers and closing all sales with integrity

·         Use web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services

·         Consistently exceed in all metrics

·         Other similar and/or related duties as assigned

 

RESPONSIBILITIES as Technical Support/ Customer Service Agent:

·         Personalize each call with our listen, care, connect strategies, also resolve customer concerns, prevent future issues, and promote client services in a respectful and professional manner.

·         Assist customers with Dish systems and services, troubleshooting receivers and other hardware devices, right-sizing packages, explaining installation setup, and answering all questions regarding their account including billing, upgrade options and general information.

·         Communicate and explain the value and benefits of services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport.

·         Effectively administer DISH assessments and meet goals and metrics in place to drive completion.

·         Accurately log customer interactions into systems; update logged information in a timely manner in order to track assessment completion, general inquiries and/or resolution

·         Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
