The project manager will lead the deployment of the Integrated Customer Experience Platform (ICEP) for the CCBSS/BSNA Customer Care Center. This is a Salesforce.com Service Cloud solution, which is a replacement to the legacy SAP CRM platform.
Working collaboratively with the CONA development and implementation team, this Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the new platform is deployed to the agents, users, supervisors, and leadership in the CCC. This includes, planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication including executive and leadership updates and strategy definition.
This PM will report to the IT Group Director, CCC Systems Support - but will work most closely with Customer Care Center associates, and take day-day guidance from the Operations Support Director, Customer Care Center. They will be the primary contact for the CONA Services team responsible for directing development and technical deployment activities.
