The roles are internal roles that support the IGT-D sales team. These are fairly unique positions and there are no other roles like them within Philips. Our IGT-D sales reps carry sterile disposable products in the trunk of their cars – called trunk stock. Our reps support cases (patient on the table and they consult with the physician on which products to use and when) and during the cases they may pull from their trunk if the account did not have the right size on the shelf. This team helps the sales reps to manage these transactions to ensure proper documentation. They also support our consignment processes.
Performs, as a skilled employee, a number of tasks in a professional way. Determines, based upon own understanding/technical knowledge, how best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities. Analyses abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons based upon technical knowledge, where the cause lies and remedies it. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects via the telephone or walk-in business.Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts.Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
