Navigates and instructs the customer on how to use agent support website
* Completes sales orders and requests for materials.
* Manages other support projects for team as needed.
* Taking inbound Agent calls to help assist with quoting, application and enrollment, sale materials, website access and various calls assisting agent will completing Medicare Supplemental sales
Call center and Sales Support - Product Knowledge and Sales -Account Management Roles
Must have call center experience
No short tenures
Healthcare Experience - Medicare Experience
High school diploma or GED required
