Job Description

 Pay: $16.78/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Summary:

Responsibility for taking about 50 to 75 call a day.
3rd party administrator supporting 4 companies, not only Healthcare.
Dealing with Agents only _ Product Training
Quotes
Orderings Sales Suppliers
Website Navigation
Commission Inquiries

Duties:
Navigates and instructs the customer on how to use agent support website
* Completes sales orders and requests for materials.
* Manages other support projects for team as needed.
* Taking inbound Agent calls to help assist with quoting, application and enrollment, sale materials, website access and various calls assisting agent will completing Medicare Supplemental sales

Experience:
Call center and Sales Support - Product Knowledge and Sales -Account Management Roles
Must have call center experience
No short tenures
Healthcare Experience - Medicare Experience

Education:
High school diploma or GED required
