Training: 1 week, M - F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Onsite at facility. Will transition to offsite/virtual work after training.

11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
1:30 PM to 10:00PM

CVS is looking for dynamic, dedicated employees to work in our Customer Relations Department. This position will be responding to inbound calls related to COVID-19 inquiries from customers. Potential exists to convert into a permanent position (different call center program at the same site) after at least 90 days of service. If selected for conversion, candidate will be provided an application for Rhode Island Pharmacy Tech I license. They will have to submit the form and pay a small fee to have an employer-sponsored license in place prior to conversion date.
Assisting customers in an in-bound customer contact center.
" Serve as a customer advocate.
" Verbal and written communications with customers.
Potential exists to convert into a different call center role at the same site after at least 90 days of service. If selected for conversion, candidate will be provided an application for level 1 Rhode Island tech license. They will have to submit the form and pay a small fee to have an employer sponsored license in place prior to conversion date.
To remain in the role the candidate would need to secure Pharmacy Technician National Certification within 6 months of permanent employment

" Ability to type 40 wpm
" Proficient in MS Office Preferred
