Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm M-F
Possible OT on Saturdays
Candidate must be bilingual for Spanish. Must be readily available to interview and start.
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for assigned area. HR experience a plus. Must be bilingual for Spanish.
Receive and direct visitors and clients. General clerical duties. Handle requests for information and data. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries. Maintain office supply inventories. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Education and Work History:
High School diploma required. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management. Communication skills - written and verbal. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software/applications. Planning and organizing. Prioritizing Specialized Skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
