Who We're Looking For:

The Key Account Analyst will collaborate with the Consumer Category team to grow and retain business and to deliver insights to inMusic's consumer product teams. This individual will work with the VP and Managing Director of the consumer category of inMusic to optimize the merchant engagement strategy, to track and grow team revenue impact, and to build scalable processes to improve team efficiency.

As a Key Account Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills to guide Account Management's strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate has a passion for diving into data, synthesizing trends, and making an impact through strategic recommendations from analysis. Strong candidates possess exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills and can take on a wide diversity of projects.

This position will use data to drive actionable recommendations focusing on four key strategic areas that will result in building the best customer experience while developing the brand's presence at an account.
  • Business Planning and Analysis
  • Merchandising/Marketing
  • Inventory Management
  • Operational Efficiency/Best Practice Sharing/Operational Improvement Strategies


Please note, we are a hybrid work environment. You will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of analytical experience, ideally in business operations, finance, analytics, or consulting
  • Sales experience in the consumer space a plus
  • Demonstrated experience applying quantitative analysis and logical reasoning to drive business outcomes and solve problems
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using database (SQL) and Visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive a complex project from start to finish
  • Creativity in developing new processes, analyses, and actionable recommendations
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
